These terms apply to your use of the WestCar Media, LLC website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Ownership and permitted use

The website, WestCar Media branding and original content are owned by WestCar Media, LLC or used with permission, except for third-party material belonging to its respective owners. You may browse the site and share links for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or exploit protected content or branding without appropriate permission or a legal right to do so. Display of a third-party logo does not transfer trademark rights or, by itself, establish sponsorship or endorsement.

Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse forms, send spam, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site availability, circumvent security controls, harvest personal information or use the site to violate others’ rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit.

Unsolicited creative submissions

WestCar Media does not accept confidential unsolicited scripts, screenplays, treatments, concepts, series ideas, pitches or other creative works through this general website unless an authorized WestCar Media representative specifically requests them. Please use the contact form for business inquiries only.

Sending unsolicited material does not establish a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency or contractual relationship, and does not obligate WestCar Media to review, develop, return, purchase or compensate you for it. Receipt or a general reply does not create such an obligation. WestCar Media may independently develop or receive similar ideas. Any requested creative submission should be governed by separate written terms agreed with an authorized representative. These website terms do not transfer ownership of your creative work to WestCar Media.

Site information and external links

Website information describes our company and activities and may change. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or suitability for a particular purpose. External websites are independently operated; their content, services and privacy practices are their responsibility. Separate written agreements govern any engagement or service.

Client portal and billing

The client portal is an account-based workspace for progress summaries, approvals, invoices and messages. Client-visible statuses are operational updates and do not modify any separate written agreement. An approval applies only to the action stated on its card; new fees, expenses, service commitments and contracts require separate agreement. Invoice drafts are not payable. Publishing an invoice to the portal makes it available to the client; it does not itself create new service terms or send an email notice. If online checkout is enabled, payment details are processed by Stripe Checkout and are subject to Stripe’s terms. Any separate agreement controls the services, fees, payment timing, taxes, refunds and other commercial terms.

Availability and limitations

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WestCar Media disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from its use or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue website features without guaranteeing continuous access.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of website information. Newsletter signup is voluntary and separate from contact inquiries. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Governing law and changes

California law governs these terms, subject to applicable mandatory laws and without applying conflict-of-law principles. We may revise these terms by posting updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
